You must be at least 18 years old to purchase any subscription or products from Fertile Ground. 

Pricing for subscription packages and products are subject to change at any time without notice. All subscription packages and product pricing are in Philippine Pesos and are exclusive of any applicable local taxes. You will be able to review the shipping and handling costs prior to submitting your order. 

All payments through the service are processed using a third-party processor, Paynamics. You agree that Fertile Ground Health and Wellness Consulting Services is not responsible for any breaches of credit card or debit card security or privacy committed by such third-party processors. You agree to pay all charges incurred by users of your credit card, debit card, or other mode of payment.

Any supplements purchased through the site will be delivered to the delivery address stated in the shipping address section. Shipments will be handled using either standard ground service or a third-party carrier (Lalamove or Grab). The time period from order to delivery will vary depending on location. 

For supplements, there is strictly a No Return, No Exchange policy unless the product arrived damaged, defective or the wrong item was delivered to you. If this is so, the item must be returned in its original packaging and condition. Rest assured that all our products are of the highest quality and are all FDA approved to produce positive results. We will refund your payment if an item has been paid but turned out to be unavailable.

You may cancel your subscription to the roadmap at any time. To cancel your subscription, you may do so by:

• Through your online account by logging your account, going to your "My Account" section, and clicking “Cancel” on the  desired Subscription Program.

• Emailing us at info@fertile-ground.co. In your email, you must include your name and the subscription package you would like to cancel. Please note that response times may exceed 48 hours.
